Fabulous Truffe Noire 25th Birthday Raffle Dear friends of La Truffe Noire, I created La Truffe Noire on 17 February 1988 in order to share my love of the truffle with other discerning foodies. I have now spent 25 years inspired by the same passion, during which time most of you have become friends rather than customers. I would therefore like to invite each and every one of you to come and celebrate this exceptional birthday with me. To mark the occasion, we are unveiling a visually stunning, modern, luminous, sunny new setting so that you can come and discover the "Truffles in the Sky" exhibition by F.man, who has created some extraordinary works of art especially for La Truffe Noire. I would like to invite you to the opening night on Sunday 17 February, from 11am to 4pm, and share some fizz with you. This event will mark the beginning of a new "Fabulous Truffe Noir Raffle", which will see somebody take home a superb work of art by F.man, entitled "The Golden Truffle". Each of your visits will offer you the opportunity of winning this painting. Perhaps it will be your 2013 Christmas present – the draw will take place on 16 December. You will notice that over the course of the last 25 years, our values have remained the same: excellent food prepared using unique ingredients with a never-ending quest for innovation. This is why during this whole birthday year, I will be surprising you with discoveries that will stun your senses. Don't miss the start of the festivities!
