Moreno Panattoni and Luigi Ciciriello are delighted to invite you to celebrate the somewhat late arrival of spring this year with a menu full of subtle touches and in perfect symbiosis with the four fine Tuscan wines of Fattoria Montechiari.
The Montechiari vineyard is located on the summit of the highest hill in the mediaeval village of Montecarlo (Lucca), where the wines have been renowned since the Renaissance.
These slopes get sunshine from daybreak to sundown, and it is here that Moreno and his wife Catherine have lovingly placed all their hopes in Chardonnay, Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet, which they make into wine “in purezza”, as we say in Italy (wine-making based on purity of production).
This 25th Anniversary Spring Menu replaces our diamond menu and will be offered at a price of
€175 including fine wines and Prosecco Contarini as an aperitif.
